    TV Wonder Elite

    Hi,

I just bought a TV Wonder Elite and installed it. When I run the power cinema software and switch to tv I get a BW scrambled picture but I can hear audio ok. The FM tuner section works OK. As a test I installed Intervideo Home Theatre and it shows no picture at all.

I've downloaded and installed the latest drivers from ATI for both the TV Wonder and my video card (Radeon 9700) as well as trying to reinstall the software itself.

I'm planning on calling customer care but since their closed until monday morning I'm just wondering if you guys have any ideas.

    Thanks

Welcome Late-comer. You should read the following thread when you have a year: ATI 550. It will not tell you how to fix the Power Enema, but it will suggest alternative software. Please check out GBPVR at gbpvr.com, a free program that will run the 550 much better than Power Enema. You can also fork out $50-$70 for Beyond TV, which also works great. Both have Electronic Program Guides, which the Enema does not. I would start off free and work up if you need to, but GBPVR should do the trick. No one with half a brain even installs Power Enema--at least not to run the video applications. I do have it installed for radio functions.
