    Fan not working GPU HELPPPPPP

bought one of them HIS excalibers with the artic cooling pre-fitted, only had it in for a week and today I started getting thrown out of games because of VPN errors, I checked the GPU's temp and it was alarmingly high, opened up the case and found the fan is no longer spinning !!

I havent changed any settings and I dont overclock, I have a tagan 480 powering it and about 5 other fans in total, so Its not a power issue as I disconnected them all to test it.

I've tried re-inserting it and its still not going, any ideas or do I need to bring it back to the ocuk ? also I noticed they are out of stock on these so if it is faulty what happen then, no GPU = no pc for me !!

Is fan failure a common prob on GPU's ?

Fan failure is a common problem with fans.

No way would reinserting it do anything, nor could overclocking damage the fan.

Check to see if the fan power is properly plugged into the card and make sure nothing is entangling the fan.

If the fan is plainly dead, then you will have to RMA the card, if you are unwilling to void your warranty.
