I have been looking around for some reviews and specs, and I quite havnt found any yet. Whats the difference between this and a regular Radeon 9800 pro?

Yea, that looks pretty pathetic.
Its just a passive cooling soloution, no actual performance gain as standard
I saw the review over at FiringSquad... Impressive!

Its a zalman z80c heatpipe, without the fan which can be purchased separately. The z80c sold on its own will not come with the fan since its just an 80mm fan with a zalman fingerguard, or more aptly put, metal logo with no finger protection.
The advantage over the previous version is that it has bracing brackets to keep the heatsinks square.
Not top of my list since I have a maze4gpu on my 9700pro.
