256MB 6600Gt?

I have noticed in some online stores XFX and Gainward are offering 256MB versions of the 6600gt. See here and here

anyway I was wondering if anyone has one of these/knows of any reviews of these as I would like to see how the 6600GT uses the extra memory.

it doesn't and won't, to slow.

There also at slower clocks i think that normal cards, and looking at those prices, not worth it.

the memory and core clocks are pretty much standard (500/500)

would be interested to see their performance
