Current Dell UK monitor warranty Q

Anybody know what kind of warranty Dell UK are operating atm? Just received a 2005FPW and the backlight is a noticeably milky in the bottom left hand corner of the screen. It also has one tiny always-lit pixel. Could I justify a swap with these issues?

Thought Dell was running a zero dead pixel policy these days? sure I read that somewhere when ordering mine?, not that it matters on a screen that size anyhow lol

That's what I thought too. Will give them a ring tomorrow and find out.

I got a free replacement when my first 2005FPW had backlight leakage - they took ages to pick up the other monitor too, but eventually they did

I think you have 21 days no hassle, but call them asap just to be sure anyway. Luckily my replacement was FAR better

Do you know what number I should contact them on? Doesn't seem obvious on their website - all support related matters require me to enter a system service tag
