Theres probably a number of apps that support it if it uses WDM type drivers for it.
You could try ATI MMC which r0x, but I doubt it would work with nvidia cards.
It seems to use normal WDM to access cards but it detects the card during install which is the cause to some peoples problems (ATI card users) and probably will prevent it installing.. so unles you can do a copy/paste from another machine, but then its a probably not worth the effort...
Apart from that I know virtual dub can be used for my x850xtpe video in to test it, but nogood for watching.

I think think theres plenty of software mentioned in there of which some should work.
If the drivers arnt WDM then I dunno..
