does any gfx card do rgb out (over scart)?

as title, i know theres a hack to do it with ati cards, but i'm thinking about something stock. the card doesnt have to be new or fast, as long as there is some win xp support i'm happy.

alternitively, if someone wants to make/test me a cable for a matrox/ati card..

    Whats it for?

With gfx cards you either have to use compoite, svideo, or hack the vga.

If your intending to use vga on a tv (pal or ntsc) you will have to also run powerstrip to get the timings right.

There are cables available off ebay that go direct from VGA to RGB.

    Take a look.
