    Artic silver.....everywhere

    Hi.
I was putting some artic silver on my graphics card. on the core.

However i accidently, being the clusmy fool i am, got it on my finger, so carried on regardless. When i booted up i got lots of artifacts (by this time i had as on my keyboard and mouse!), so looked back the card.

Found that i have AS on the memory chips, and a bit on the pins. What is the best way to get this off? as it is obivously causing lots of problems....

    thanks
    Will

    white spirit, ethanol or isopropyl.

Purer the better cause u want to be able to wipe it off easily and then evaporate any residue.
I dont like sig pics so i turn off sigs Which doesnt help when i dont know what ive written here! DOH!

If you get a customer, or an employee, who thinks he's Charles Bronson, take the butt of your gun and smash their nose in.
