Hercules 9800pro Fan problems

I bought this from overclockers.co.uk 3 weeks ago and have just started using it today as i was waiting on some memory aswell.

I put the card in booted up and it ran fine for 30 mins. before the screen corrupted, so i powered it off.
I then opened the case panel and felt massive heat coming from the graphics card and i knew this wasnt right, i put my finger on the core heatsink and burnt my finger - not gd. So i let things cool down then started it up again and noticed the fan wasnt turning!
This is obviously not gd, i took it out and replaced with my old backup one and when boxing it up I noticed the fan on the core heat sink was way off centre and slightly slanted, hitting the heatsink when rotating, this stopped it from turning, I gave it a little nudge just to see if it was just out of clip but that didnt help, and i dont want to do anything more.

Does anyone know if overclockers will fix/replace this without much hastle?

the problem i that the card could be perm damaged, so its worth contacting ocuk though from my experience it might take a while :(

you could swap hsf with another one, i use a vantec iceberq on mine (the original one was fkn niosy) but i doubt ull wanna spend money and viod warenty if its perm damaged :(

try pudshing down on center of fan.. if u cant get to it there should be screws to remove the useless guard on the top

ok, ill have another fidget with the heatsink, it must go back in place surely :-(

;) I'd leave it well alone, any attempts to fix it is likely to make it look more like you did it, possibly trying to mod it in some way. Bottom line you don't want the card do you? After all it has almost certainly been damaged (whether it can still run or not). RMA it, they will rpelace it but some co's are worse than others. If they fob you off too much contact your credit card company as they will chase it up for you (and refund you too), after all you were sold faulty goods.
