    Using VIVO on x800xl

This may be a silly question but i've just connected my gamecube to the vivo port on my x800xl but how do i get my monitor to display the image i think it has something to do with ATI WDM but cant quite figure it out.

    Cheers

you need the WDM drivers installed but so long as you got a clean install of the latest cat drivers that's what you'll have.

I was thinking about doing a similar thing with my PS2, probably need some sort of video capture software. Have you tried the ATI Multimedia Center app? That seemed to me like a logical place to start when I get round to trying it!

I went to the ati website and its this:

Free Download - Owners of Radeon® 9000/9200/9500/9600/9700/9800 series graphics adapters,All-in-Wonder® 9800 PRO/ 9700 PRO / 9600 PRO / 9000 / VE multimedia adapters, or users who have an existing MMC 8.x installation CD have access to a free upgrade to MMC 8.8.

Buy Now - MMC 8.1 Installation CD for all Radeon® owners. This CD can be used to validate the installation of MMC 8.8.

Does this mean i gotta buy this thing!? My installation cds are in bristol at the moment so i cant get hold of them. Anyone else know how to do this?

    thanks
