Depends how much you are looking to spend, seeing as that card was a top of the range card of it's time you are looking for an equivalent of today?

I'm assuming you have an AGP slot judging by what you are replacing so I would say 6800GT maybe?

Why are you changing tha card? Moving to PCI-E? Not fast enough? Too Noisey? Broken?

get at least a 6800 GT. They are very good cards for the money.

I have an XFX 6800 GT which can be overclocked out of the box to 6800 Ultra (XFX even tell you how to do it )

Look around and you can get them under or around £200

Wow cheap ultra, go for that, or save £10-15 get a gt and lose the warranty to make it an ultra. Unless XFX cover that, I don't think they do.

6800 std is always faster than a 6600gt.

6600gt tends to be a bit faster than a 6800le depending on the circumstances but a 6800le can in most cases be modded to a 6800 or above (not always though).
