    geforcefx 7800gt vs Radeon X850XT PE

    which is the better card ? ive never had a ati card before and fancy trying one out but i dont wanna spend £300 quid on something that is slower than what i cud get for the same amount of money

    Ati havent released their competitor to it yet the fabled "R520" or X1800 as it will be known.

    7800GT is faster than the x850xt PE. Nvidia are on top until ATI get their cards on the shelves and in the labs

    no competition, 7800GT will spank X850XTPE all the way.. really pointless comparison TBH..

    16pipes will have to try REALLY hard to beat something with 20 pipes...

    I agree with the Transparent AA being cool

    apparently the r520 will also be available in 24 pipes, and very rarely in a 32 pipe, that would spank any current nvidia
