Question Wheres the cheapest place to buy a 6800GT?

    Hi,

Right as Q4 has finally gone gold and I've missed out on HL2 for soooooo long I've decided to upgrade..

    I've decided upon a 6800GT..

After looking around I've found that Komplett are doin a Point of View 6800GT for £180 and I've also found a Galaxy 6800GT on Ebay for £170 inclusive of delivery..

So far the Galaxy is winning my money.. are there any other deals that I should look at?

    Thanks for your time!

    Ray

Im looking for the same card and Komplett are the cheapest I have found aswell, they even had an MSI version of the 6800gt for £179 the other day but im not quiet in a position to but it this week, come pay day i will tho! Is the ebay one 2nd hand or from a one of the shops? Ive read a few reviews of the galaxy and its supposed to be one of the better versions of the 6800gt - altho most of the manufactures stuck to the reference design so there is not a lot in it. One other thing ATI's new card arrives in a few hours time and that may or may not (ive posted a thread on here with differing responses) have an impact on the price of the 6800gt so it might be worth waiting for a week or 2 and see what happens
