....Does the ATI NDA expire in the UK for R520? The ATI site countdown has finished, but no new info. Is it 9am US time and the code on the website works off my pc clock?

Ontario is mostly Eastern Time Zone (EDT), putting it 5 hours behind us I think. So 9am over there in an hour (2pm).
