Half Height AGP GFX

Need a half height agp card, ideally around the speed of a 9700pro, and ideally nvidia - has anyone got any suggestions? Its for a sff machine, and a regular gfx card is too tall.

You won't get one with 9700pro performance. At least, not for another year or so. For one thing, there would not be enough room on the board for enough memory chips, or a 128 bit wide bus, for another, where would the second VGA connector go?

I put a GeForce 5200 series card into a slim dell system at work a few months ago. The card was half height, but it only came with a full size bracket, so I had to remove it, and run the card without it, and a hole in the back of the case, though I dare say I could have taken the braket to the metalwork workshops and got them to mod it for me.

If you look arround, you should be able to find a similar (low end) AGP card that does come with a half height bracket, but you will have to ask the retailers, as they tend not to include it in the feature list they put online, and I very much doubt you will get a performance card.
