Put these in order for me will you?

I'm looking at a new Nvidia graphics card (can't use ATI as I dual boot with Linux and ATI linux drivers can be a nightmare)

SO I see we have this selection 6600-6600GT-6800XT-6800-6800GT is that the correct order as far as performance goes.

The new one on me is the 6800GT that don't seem to be going for more than £20 more than the 6600gt which I was going to go for.Is the new 6800Gt much better/worse than the 6600GT?

    ta for your help

Yes its just come out here so no reviews that I can find yet on the web here is a link http://www.ebuyer.com/customer/produ...duct_uid=97506

It doesn't have DDR3 like some 6600GT's but has 256mb onboard.I'm getting so confused with all these differant naming schemes now.Anybody made there way through the confusion yet?

That's a 6800XT, not a 6800GT - there is a pretty big performance gap between them (I think). I'm not too sure, but I believe that the 6800XT has eight pipelines, similarly to the 6800LE, so the 6600GT and 6800XT are probably pretty similar in terms of performance.

you want to be going for the 6800gt there, for the £50 ish price difference it will last you much longer than the 6600gt.
