    dell 2001 monitor

I'm looking at buying one of these in silver through ebay.

My only concern is that it comes with a 30 day warranty rather than the 3 years of a new one.

The guy has checked it for me and says no dead pixels or any screen issues so thats a bonus.

My concern is that i don't want it to fail after a few months and i'm 300 pounds out. Has anyone had any issues with these monitors at all?

Also is it me or are the 2001s in silver almost impossible to find.

Any responses in the next couple of hours would be great. I need to pay before 1-2pm to get it next day.

    Thanks

Why don't you just get a new with 3-year warranty Dell 2005FPW from Aria (on Super Special) or Microdirect (refurb but again, 3 year warranty onsite)? The widescreen is better for normal use than you might first think.
