    ATi warranty X800Pro

    Hi, I have genuine ATi X800Pro gfx which I bought under a year ago. The card has a fault in that the fan is not sounding as smooth as it used to even though it is super clean, infact it doesnt sound healthy at all. I e-mailed ATi and got this response:

    Regarding your request for warranty service:

    ATI has not distributed any BUILT BY ATI RADEON X800 PRO products in your region. For this reason, the warranty service is likely not provided through ATI directly. Where did you purchase your ATI RADEON X800 PRO? Do you still have the box? You will likely need to contact either the vendor or the company listed on the gift box for warranty service.
    I purchased my card as part of this pc http://www.carrerassc.co.uk/carrera_...sp?systemvar=k, yes Carrera lied and gave me an X800pro not an X800XT like advertised, but who do I contact as regards my warrenty?

    Because you bought it as part of a system and because it is under a year old you need to speak to the vendor of the system.
