start with 325/325 :D
;) Step up 10mhz at a time (RAM first then core) and test each time looking for instability (usually artifacts). When you find the max stable o/c you can try 5mhz but it's a good idea to step back at least 10mhz from the max stable o/c anyway. That's all there is to it, you have to find your own card's max o/c. As a rough guide you SHOULD get between 330/290 and 380/340 (average 355/315?). That's enough to boost you to Rad9700 (nonPRO) speed, very nice!
with gfx cards theres no proper stress test and checking app... so when testing always use the HIGHEST settings so u stress it the most. that means 16x af 6x aa on full settings! oterhwise the card wont make as much heat and if u ever use those settings u risk instability and damaging the card
