    I have just bought this card, im wondering if it any good, your views please

    Hexus review of 256 meg 5600 wasn't very favourable....

    not as good as a 9600pro or the new 5700. Ok card for the money though.

    256MB is pretty pointless really, even on the top end cards like FX5900/5950 or Rad9800PRO/XT. FX5600 is roughly the same speed as a FX5200ultra but you should find you can o/c pretty well ... maybe get close to FX5600ultra speeds which is at least close to a 9600PRO. In pure speed you're roughly on par with GF3 or Rad8500 (faster than 9000-9200) but you have DX9 and much better AA+AF.

    FX5600 = 325/550
    FX5600 = 325/700 (V2?)
    FX5600ultra = 350/700
    FX5600ultra V2 (flipchip) = 400/800
