Opinion wanted on cheap way to import VHS

Have an amount of personal videos (no naughty stuff!) on VHS and want to import it to the PC, possibly for DVD Video creation but certainly for DivX/XviD archiving.
Am aware of a number of ways of getting this in to machines but wanted to know if people had much personal experience of it.
My current graphics card, unlike my previous GeForce 4 Ti, does not have VIVO capabillity but to be honest when i did it 2 or 3 years ago wasnt too impressed with the quality (but my general machine was fairly rubbish then anyway, so may have affected it).
Am probably looking for a PCI card, but would consider USB for a similar price.
In terms of price, no absolute limit although £50 max i reckon. But if £20 will do the job, all the better!

    Cheers in advance

Cheers for that mate, but it's a bit too low resolution. In the end I have gone with this Dazzle VideoCollector on a bit of a whim, as i can't find any reviews for it! Hope all will be well!

have you considered just getting a print shop/similar to do it for you? if i remember right they charge about a tenner a pop, and the results will probably be better.
