    Arctic Cooling worth it ?

Had a lovely silent system until i installed my 7800gt a month ago , and the sound of the stock nvidia cooler is finally driving me nuts.
Is the artcic cooler a good route to go is it quiet ? and does it cool well as my 7800 is overclocked.
    Cheers for any info.

I have heard very good things about the Zalman VF700, supposedly better than the Arctic Cooling for cooling and noise. I haven't experienced one though.

I have an older Arctic Cooling Silencer on my 9800Pro and it seems OK. Not VERY quiet, but quiet enough.

the arctic cooler 5 rev 3 are brilliant and much much quieter than the stock 7800 fan. but the best thing about them is that they blow the hot air out of the back of the pc instead of pushing it round inside the case.
