Useful utility for widescreen monitors

Ever wanted the ability to be able to send a window maximised to half of your monitor? Or three sections maybe even four!

I have ever since I swapped my dual screens for a widescreen. Luckily an Acer Laptop came through work with such a utility... Acer GridVista and guess its available for download from their website too

looks like a cool app, with this do you reckon it would be possible to split a screen up so that you could have a game running on most of the screen and then on the rest have irc or messenger running, providing the screen is big enough oc

hmm will have to download this one tonight give it a go. my monitor can already do anything from standard 26" screen or split to 13x very small screens -.- i dont know WHAT you would use 13 viewing screens but it can do it lol one day... just one day ill find a use for them all and post piccy rofls

Games run differently from normal programs, so I doubt you could do that unless you want to run the game in windowed mode (which will be slowww)

NView actually got that function (grid), but I think my windows is somehow broken, system crash every 18~24 hours when I maximimze/minimize windows (and it does too every 72 hours without nview)

I split my 3200x1200 into 6 sections so that I can have 4 IRC chans/msn windows on the right side and 2 web pages on the left
