Trouble with ATI 920FX

My other pc is currently in a bit of a stress, as it sometimes deoesnt start up properly, just beeps. When it does turn on, after around 10mins the monitor goes into standby and then wont come out.

I though this was graphics card related, so unistalled the drivers, then manged to get newer ones re installed, it started up fine, and I configured the drivers, then the monitor just went into standby again.

Would it be worth just trying another graphics card? Or could it be RAM or something else making it so unstable?

Any help anyone can offer would be greatly appreciated.

If you have another graphics card give it a try at least then you can be sure one way or the other about the current card.
