Most ScanFX cards are OEM XFXs... so rest assured they're top of the class..
I recall teh ScanFX 7800GTX are OEM Nvidia cards themselves with the 512MB coolers..
So no worry in buying one then?

ScanFX 7800 GT 256mb Card, on offer for today only: £175.08. Superb price!!!!
I got me one of them the other week to replace a Sapphire X850XT PE and IMO the detail on my games in amazing now, i had no problems with the x850 it was a really nice card but the 7800GT blows it clean out of the water :D good choice buddy!
