Can anyone Get my 9800SE AIw Tv tuner to work ?

As posted before I just bought a 9800Se AIW and now i finally got it working, after PSU probs, the 'Tv' section of the multimedia center 8.7 ATI software does not give me the option to choose input fram the Tv tuner/Aerial, only composite and S-Video.
Can someone please help, I have been looking at it for hours.
Anyone know how I can get it to let me watch Tv on the PC ?
I im quite sure I have installed all the relevant drivers, and the Tv tuner is listed under the system devices, I just dont understand it ........

    Anyone, please help ?

Is the tuner/aerial plugged in properly - cards tend to have detection circuits these days.

Perhaps try booting with cables unplugged, then shutting down, plugging them back in, and seeing if it picks up what you want.

Detection circuits on an Aerial ? U sure ? I know they do for things like s-video, but an Aerial is just to boos thte signal ...
Well anyway its fitted correctly. Only thing which is possible is that because of the poor recpetion I have in my area it may not think there is a signal. I can only really watch the Sattelite channel.

It should work without an aerial inserted to be honest, mine certainly does.

Good thoughts on the aerial - a detection circuit would be stupid, lol.

You using the CAT3.9's? I don't have an AIW but I still download the full driver suite (usually a single ~20Mb download.)

Hang on... have you unlocked the card to 9800 pro levels?

I am using cat 3.9's, and know its running at standard with official drivers, I tried the softmod but got the checkerboard effect. It was the same with the disk drivers, soft mod drivers, and the cat 3.9 drivers
walibe, is there a 3rd option for input in your TV section ?
Composite, S-video, and I assume the thing im missing Tv-Tuner ?
Maybe you could send em a screen shot, just want to make sure its definitely not me just missing something

Also I have noticed that if i go to Start > programs > ati multimedia center > configuration
Then click the TV tab. In the drop down list I have 'No Default' or 'ATI Rage Theatre Video Capture' to choose from, the latter is selected. thenunder the drop down list it says:
'Driver: ATI Rage Theatre Video Capture (Unsupported)'
What does your say ? Do you have the TV tuner in this list as well ?
All info and advice appreciated thanks
