Hmn.. should I get it for my misus's rig? Her aging 6600 AGP probably needs a refresh anyways..

Then again, will be superly ludicrously expensive..

Its out! and ready for pre order!

    http://www.overclockers.co.uk/acatal...agx_2d030_2dgw

Just wish they would do a single slot solution so it would fit in my shuttle!

Basically because this card has 512Mb of ram and I reckon can be oc'ed to GTX speeds due to the artic cooler this card is an equivelent 7900GTX! in AGP format.

    Love it!

Unlikely the memory's going to hit anywhere near GTX tho, probably 1500ish or maybe 1600 at best.. core speeds MIGHT hit a 7800GTX 550MHz pretty easily..

This could easily be the 7800GTX 512MB for the AGP.. the price isnt that much higher either.. great buy for ppl still in AGP with an FX53 or 55..

The price is actually cheaper than what GTX's are selling for which is around £400

Great card. Id love to get one but a double slot cooler wont fit in my shuttle.

Home they bring out a version with a single slot cooler.
