o.k. I'm sold on the Hercules 9800se pro, where can I buy one?

After reading the hexus review I'm sold on this card. However I can't find one for sale at any of the usual channels. I'm in the U.S.A. so I may have to look into importing one of these. Does anyone know of a U.S. retailer that has this card in stock? If not, can anyone point me towards a U.K. retailer that will ship overseas?

    Thanx,

thx for the link, but I don't think that's the Hercules card. I do see some Sapphire 9800se AIW cards available in the US, would they have similar performance to the Hercules model?

The word on the street is that all 9800SE_AIW use the all important 256bitDDR with 380/340 clocks. You may find chances of modding any of these to 9800PRO_AIW as high as 50% but I'd expect it to be much lower. In many ways the 9600PRO/XT is superior, it's designed and optimised for 4 pipes and 128bitDDR and it uses very little power while the XT should come an intelligent fan and have higher default clocks. So consider the 9600PRO/XT, what you lose in moddability you gain in virtually guaranteed perf (and o/c) and you take out the homework as you always know what you're getting. 9800SE (256bitDDR) are still very fine cards with great stock perf ... just depends on whether you're a gambler or not I guess.
