In terms of who the card would appeal to; How about me and other SFF owners who cant chop and change motherboards as they choose. Also there are people who are not that confident about ripping there PC's innards out.
Ahh, fair enough. Completely forgot about SFF barebones things - never had one so it just doesn't occur to me . Not totally convinced that 512MB is going to make that much difference yet in most situations, so I doubt that'd sway me if I was still in the market for a card at the moment and I could get a similar-performing one for half the price.

Still though, it's three hundred and fifty quid, and better cards are available for a fair chunk less, albeit with a different connector. Do you not feel you're being taken advantage of at all? I would.

Mind you, I suppose if you reckon you can oc it to near GTX performance, it's probably just about the cheapest 7900GTX-a-like going at the moment .

Must... find... some... kind... of... consistency... Nope, it's gone.

To be honest mate I do feel people are taking the piss. But if I changed to PCI-e I would have to buy a new case, graphics card, psu and mobo. Hell I might aswell get an AM2/Conroe processor and DDR2 aswell and complete the package and have a whole new pc.

Thats why I will never buy SFF again. I need the ability to swap mobos etc for this exact reason. SFF is cool though but now I have 2 i need no more.
