Help me choose :)

Well I am in a struggle over which one to buy, the monitor I choose will be used for graphic/web design/gaming. My two choices I am considering are the dell 3007 and the westinghouse 42" lcd, I have a beefy enough computer to run the high res on both(dual DVI capable card).

Here is my question, given the dell has a higher resolution and the westy has more screen area, which one would be the better choice, I mean would a 42" at 1920x1080 be about the same size ratio as a 30" dell at 2560x1600?

That is my big question, anything you can adivse me on would be great.
