    Question decisions decisions ... vp930 or vx2025?

How useful do people find height adjustment for their LCDs? I need to move to LCD in the next month or so and have narrowed my selection down to two monitors for now...

vp930: slightly better contrast and blackness depth, adjustable stand, zero dead pixel warranty (for a week or two at least...) and now down to £264 on scan today only...very tempting
    ...but...
vx2025: widescreen goodness, more pixels per inch and almost as good for contrast and blackness depth, but fixed stand and slightly more expensive, approx £305 at the moment...

I like the idea of widescreen and the vx2025 especially for games and general applications / multitasking use (e.g. coding, photo-editing, document-writing) but I'm not sure it's worth losing the adjustable stand? Movies aren't really a priority as the computer will likely reside in the same room as a 27" LCD tv...

    thoughts?

I need this monitor I guess mainly for games and browsing, but I also tend to do a little bit of photo&video editing and probably some work... I thought the idea of a 20" widescreen was increased desktop real estate (in terms of pixels and pixel density at least, if not actual area...) In terms of film/tv/video this monitor will live in the same room as a 27" LCD tv ...

Got the vx2025 myself games, pictures, films , all look sweet.
would be nice to have height ajustment but for the price????.
big advantage to be able to have two windows side be side.

I have a VP171B (which is for sale) and it has the same stand, I honestly have not used the swivel or anything else EVER.

Get the 20inch, a very very good screen. But does suffer from some backlight issues.

    Thanks.

compare with widescreen, big screen is much more important.
my vx724 make my eyes feel uncomfortable.
under 1280*1024, the character is too small~
