I just measured my 12V rail again with a different multimeter (wish I had a Fluke), and unloaded it's ~12.15V and with the ATITool running its artifact check, it falls to ~11.95V. This is after swapping the cables around a little (the early Tagan TG480-U1 that I have has a "special" lead with a molex for the power-hungry AGP cards of old - I've now only got that attached to the PCI-E card using an Akasa converter) - the PSU says that it's capable of 28A on the 12V rail, surely that isn't enough?
Thanks for the links to the tools - very useful.
I'll reinstall from scratch again and let's see how it goes this time (fingers crossed).
