    The very best 17" iiyama TFT is the 4332 in black
    - any one else think this is ok

    -doesnt look to bad!!

    i've seen the iiyama prolite 430 head-to-head with the hitachi (i.e. plugged into the same box), and can confidently say that the iiyama is _MUCH_ better - the color accuracy is far superior, the brigthness & contrast settings actually make a difference, and the response rate is indistinguishable

    i am in the same problem, so many screens all seem lacking in some department and no clear winner for the >£350 budget

    is there a new Hercules ProphetView coming out?

    yeah.. if u want a good 17 incher you need to fork out at least £400

    Bought!!

    I have JUST ordred the q17 (plus some ram) from planet micro were it is quite an bit (£20ish) and thay asure my it have the DVI

    - so thread closed, unless i get any problems - hopefully not!!
