I've just been hit by what I've been dreading all summer. I've got a cornfly inside my TFT. It's between the actual screen and the plastic cover. It's not moving, so it's either dead or dying. Is there anything I can do?
I've had the thing for 5 months. I don't want to, and can't afford to replace it! It's in a really obvious position too! :angst:
Maybe it's the same fly having a "bit of a laff" and flying into TFTs all over the country :)
We'll be hearing reports soon of microscopic messages inside TFT display... "I came, I squeezed.... I left a little present..."

It's ok now. Turns out it wasn't dead, and started roaming around the screen at about 11pm.
Maybe they like G.R.A.W.?!
Anyway, it's not on screen anymore. I got away with it.

One of them is much fainter and blurrier than the others, plus he's not moving, so I'm deeply concerned about that.
I'm going to have to see about covering the thing up when I'm not using it to see if that helps.
