Saying that, I have never had any customer care problems with them. They replaced my dead 7900GT with a cheaper X1800XT & refunded me the difference no problem.
Just make sure they actually have your item in stock. If not, thay take your money for a few days then tell you it is out of stock when your expecting delivery! This has happened to me 3 times with them!!
I just call ahead of ordering now to make sure thay have it in stock.
