    7300GT DDR3 128mb vs 256mb

    Hi all,

I'm currently look to get one of the 7300GT's but not sure which one to go for.

Both are DDR3 which 550 Core and 1400 Memory. Would the 256mb verions card be much better than the 128mb version?

    here is the 256

    Epox 9U1697 GLI - Venice@2720 - Inno7300GT 256 DDR3 - 634 - 862(91.36)

Stock cooling/volts/no 3d 05 tweaks, the uli chipset scores about 400/500 less with my 7900gt compared to the 7900gt in the nf4

Had this card a while now, had another quick play last night.Have not had time yet to find max core, but 653 and 647 no go. But a great card £68

Yeah games are starting to get quite memory hungry, even at low res. Best to get the 256MB version for future-proofing

Agreed, with that sort of performance, 256 is a good idea.
