    X1900XT or 7900GTO or 7950GT or X1900XT 512mb

    Hi all

    Mystory!

With the price of dual cores dropping I decided that it would be nice to max out & get a new 4800+ X2, wasn't impressed & now i have got the upgrade bug, and decided that it's going to be a faster graphic's card.

Down to 2 then it went up to 4 after looking whats out there.

    X1900XT 256 or 512

    7950GT

7900GTO - this one has thrown me.

    Have about £200 ish.

    Your throughts please.

    Cheers M

    Just a standard 7950GT.

Throught there'd be a BIG increase in performace and IMO it didn't happen

7950gt is slightly down on the 7900gtx. No idea on the 7900gto?

Best bet there is an X1900XT 512.

7950GT 512mb and X1900XT 512mb both go for under £200 now.. No performance numbers out for the 7950GT, so I'd wait for the reviews. NDA expires on the 14th.
