9800SE + CS = No GO :(

[CocoPops]

I installed a 9800SE card today and now Half Life games just drop out with a fatal hl.exe error

Any ideas?

I've got:
Latest ATI drivers
DirectX 9.0b

Tried removing Steam, and re installing Steam

Help?!?

ive the same card.. theres a openGL patch for this i believe.. i added mine manually before installing the drivers. but i think ati have released some new drivers fixing this
