I understand your frustrations. I am working with the German office to find out why this has happened. I am sure we can work on getting this resolved asap and I will personally ensure we send you something by way of an apology for the delay in dealing with your RMA. The last thing I want is to leave a Gainward customer unhappy. If you know the other 2 who are having difficulties please refer them to me and i will deal with them.
