Photoshop experts, please tell me these are just mock ups and Sapphire aren't really going to use that aweful cooler? please!?

Radeon X1950XT core (625mhz)
256mb GDDR3 900mhz
36 pixel shaders

They're not mock ups and Sapphire will be using that 'awful' cooler... Apart from it being big what's wrong with it?

Noise - I appreciate it's a good cooler and has variable speeds, but personally I don't want anything to be that noisy even under load.

Same here, thats why i AM PRETTY SURE im going for x1950xtx, if anything just for cooler :P

The X1950XTX cooler looks nicer but isn't that much quieter.....
Currently revisting my itch for watercooling because of it :undecided

Guess whos decided on a his 1950 pro turbo ;)
Hopefully that will be quieter or the same as ati new cooler

Well the HIS one will be quiet, but if you're going for a 1950pro you might as well get the standard one, as that comes with a quiet cooler anyway. It's the 1950xt that suffers the noisy cooler.
