Any more tweaks apart from OCing my X1600Pro ?

    See system for system :-)

I installed a new Sapphire X1600Pro 256MB AGP card last week, and to start with was only getting 4,400 on 3dmark03 !

A few tweaks later and it crept up thru 5,200, 6,000 eventually to it's current level of 7,300 ish.

Major BIOS Tweaks so far :
    * set RAM to 1T setting
    * set AGP freq to 67
    * Hidden Cell Menu (Shift F2/Alt F3) and use ATI/NV speedup.

Anything else anyone can think of to get me up closer to that 11,000 I've heard is possible with this card (on 3dmark03's own results page) without overclocking anything ?
    Cheers, David

I'm slightly confused how you've gained about 40% extra 3DMarks without OC'ing anything

Basically the AGP system wasn't switched on properly until I'd done the ATI/NV switch so the card was running at 1x speed (I think), and the rest is RAM based.

Anything other than that musta been magic

lol ok... well if you have the latest drivers, disabled lots of unnecessary background stuff etc. you won't get a lot more without overclocking
