    Looking at this:

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Radeon_X1300#X1950_series

It seems that the X1950XT is basically clocked higher and has more pipelines than a X1950 Pro. I am not aware of an X1900 Pro though!!

The X1950Pro has 12/36/12/8 pipelines, and runs at 575mhz core and 700mhz memory.

The X1950XT has 16/48/16/8 pipelines, and runs at 625mhz core and 900mhz memory.

Performance is exactly as the numbers suggest - as the elements of the XT are roughly 25-30% faster/more in number, the performance is almost exactly 25-30% better as well.

It costs a little bit more than 30% extra, so it's not quite as good value for money, but that always tailors off as you get faster.
