I have an ATI Radeon 8500le 64mb 4x g/c at the moment, how much of a difference in picture quality (i.e. gaming) would there be with the GeForce4 Ti4200 AGP8x ?

I dont know how much picture quality will improve, but a ti4200 in my system scored ~ 13000 in 3dmark2k1, whereas my 8500 scores ~ 9000. Thats quite a difference in frame-rate in some games.
Those were both 4x cards btw

dont do it....keep the colours and the quality of the Radeon....the Ti is faster, but its not worth it unless its a FREE upgrade

It you are upgrading graphics its probably best to wait till he new year, about febuary time when hopefully some DX9 games will come out like HL2 and D3.

Oh, I forgot to mention - I sold my ti4200 and kept the 8500 as I prefer it .
