    Best Brand of 8800GTX?

I was just wondering if there is any particular brand of 8800GTX card I should be going for - there does seem to be a price differential between different brands and I was wondering if this was just down to software bundles. I was going to get the Asus version (it had a good bundle including the full version of 3DMark06), but unfortunately it would appear that it's quite difficult to get a hold of now...

Does anyone know if other brands throw in 3dMark? I'd quite like to get a full version if possible...

Just get the cheapest. I think they are all made in the same factory (someone correct me if I'm wrong), and manufacturers put their own cooling on them.

I was under the impression nvidia sold the reference design to companies like xfx bfg etc and then they produce them and sell them on.

Came to that conclusion due to the overclocked models of cards you can get

Pretty sure that it's the same factory as well, with the printed boards going to equipment manufactuers like BFG to fit their customisations.

However, one thing that *does* make a difference is how much testing the manufacturer has done to the card and what kind of warrenty they offer, in this aspect not all OEM Gfx card makers are equal.

BFG offers a lifetime guarentee on their products, not to mention they come with a slight overclock and in my opinion this is what makes them the "best".

However, it's not worth paying for the best overclocks offered as they don't deliver enough of an advantage over the normal ones compared to the extra cost.

Thanks for the replies. As it happened I managed to find an Asus card in stock at Yoyotech - a bit more expensive than it was at Ebuyer, plus extra shipping, but overall I'm happy.
