    XFX GX2 Warranty

    Hi All

Im thinking of buying the above for a very good price, its nearly new so will have most of the warranty left. But what i want to know, is the warranty transferrable?

I know the likes of BFG and eVGA are, but Foxconn dont, i just hope XFX ones are

When I last had an XFX card the warranty wasn't transferable unless you were American.

Just say you bought it new and sealed from x retailer that is no longer in business. That usually works in these situations.

hmm, thats an idea i never thought of. I guess i could say it was from eBay, brand new never opened but he the seller is no longer around...

    Wonder if that would work?

Im sure the guy im selling from would be happy to act as a go between, but it would be nice if it was transferrable!

The card retails for £280, and i can get it for around £200, seems a good deal i dont want to miss out on

xfx cards have to be RMA through the shop that you bought it off.

XFX warrants that the Product shall conform to and perform in accordance with published technical specifications and the accompanying written materials, and shall be free of defects in materials and workmanship. XFX does not sell its Product directly to the consumer therefore the warranty for XFX Products remains the responsibility of your reseller where you purchased the Product

    Hope this helps
