Acidrainy - It takes up the PCi slot next to your AGP slot, and yes it sucks all the air out of your case and blows it out the PCI slot - plus it has a little exterior switch that has 2 fan settings, Hi and Low

I didn't

The shim was exactly flush with the top of the GPU, a layer of silicone paste on the gpu and bob's your uncle

When I replaced the cooler on my 9700 pro, I just used a sharp stanly knife to prise on of the cornors up a bit, came off real easy then.

Shame mine was not level...tried to take the shim off and it broke some surface mount resistors off

so i now got one dead 9500pro and a 9600xt onit's way to replace it...any want one of these coolers ?

ive been after one but do you think it will be any good for my 9800 pro im already getting 438 core and 742 mem. Do you think it will be good enuff for any advance over these speeds?

How does this compare to the top Zelman passive cooling stuff?

Better, worse? The same effect for les cash? Payed nearly £40 for my Zelman ZM80C, plus optional 80mm fan. Looks the part, but could I have got the same effect for £25?
