Hi Hexus from Tagan Support

Hi Everyone,

I'm Jim Burns from Tagan Technical Support in the UK. It is our goal here at Tagan to provide all current and future users of Tagan products the highest quality, easiest to access technical support possible. For this reason, I hope you don't mind that I've registered on your fine forum here at Hexus, and am available at any time via PM or this thread to assist you with any Tagan queries.

Used a few Tagan PSUs in the past, not had any problems, but good to know you're available should any arise :)

ALL HAIL DER TAGAN! I'd wave my 480W PSU in the air, if I could lift it...solid piece of kit... :D

By Thursday I'll have 2x 480-U01 :)

Welcome to the forums Tagan! been using my Tagan 530w EasyCon for about a year now, been as solid as a rock. :D

Hi Jim, big welcome to Hexus, my PSU is getting on a bit (along with the rest of the system), but it still holds its own no matter what I throw at it :)

Myself and all my pals are well chuffed with your kit.

should add a tagan sub forum here like all the other companies.

I love my Tagan. Nice 530W modular, although the shielding around the cables makes it slightly awkward to arrange them, but with a little thought you can route them just fine.
