    xclio power supply

i have just installed an xclio 480 power supply, it has been running perfectly for days but it smells strongly when it is turned on like a burning smell, is this because it is new or do i need to worry ?

Am i going to be murdered by my computer?

i seem to recall a faint smell when i started using mine and i must have either got used to it or its gone away. I have found it a pretty good psu and i dont understand what peoples beefs are with them tbh
