no it was just when i got it the driver was like ten years old, so i changed it fora newer one without testing it ingame.

i got the newer one from xtreme g as the nvidia one didnt work, and then it started, so now i just dropped it all back, overclocked my gfc card and got 150 on the stress test, which im happy with just gotta get a zalman extenal usb soundcard as onboard is WEAK when i had an x-fi before

is it actually 5.1 though, looked to me like it was single out??

the only place that stocks the zalman usb soundcard is yoyo tech and they are not getting more for three weeks, which is too long, so any suggestions?

i dont want to spend a stupid amount, why would you ignore the creative ones biscuit?

just so much mixed reviews about creative i reckon it at least worth trying somehting else. If you get a decent brand ur hardly going to be dissapointed.

Where are u ordering from as scan are out of stock of usb cards?

no i have ordered from microdirect as scans two day delivery bores me.

I have ordered a creative unit as the only other ones were either very expensive maudio, or some crap brand @ 15 quid.

And I would say creative are not only a decent brand in sound probably one of the BEST, regarding the xfi it was brilliant, so i trust this will be fine.
