Notepad++ is about the only free piece code editing software I know of

According to the homepage it has WYSIWYG whatever that is

What You See Is What You Get (WYSIWYG)

I use Notepad++, the only WYSIWYG they mean is if you print the code it will be the same colors as on the screen. I think you mean something like Frontpage (bad example, i know...)

I'm not sure if there is any that do css, as in makes the classes and applies them to your div, it's pretty simple to learn and do it yourself . Take a look at http://www.w3schools.com/

Thanks, this is just what I needed. Topstyle does it but isnt free, however A simple google for Hex colours sorted me out!
